우리투데이 이동현 기자 |  을지재단(회장 박준영)은 창립 70주년을 맞은 2026년을 ‘다음 100년을 향한 새로운 출발점’으로 규정하고, 환자 중심 의료, 구성원 존중 경영을 재단 핵심가치로 공식 선포했다. 또, ‘덕분에 70년, 함께 100년’이란 공식 슬로건 아래 향후 100년을 향한 비전과 핵심 방향을 제시했다.

박준영 회장은 이날 신년사를 통해 “2026년은 을지재단의 모태인 을지대학교의료원 창립 70주년을 맞는 뜻깊은 해”라며 “지난 70년이 대한민국 의료를 위한 헌신과 신뢰의 역사였다면, 앞으로의 100년은 국민과 함께 만들어가는 미래의 시간”이라고 밝혔다.
이어 어려운 의료·교육 환경 속에서도 현장을 지켜온 임직원들에게 감사를 전하며, “의료기관의 존재 이유는 환자이고, 교육기관의 존재 이유는 학생이란 변하지 않는 진리가 바로 을지정신”이라고 말했다.
또한 “작은 씨앗이 숲을 이루듯 한 사람의 믿음이 오늘의 을지를 만들었다”며 “‘덕분에 70년’을 넘어 이제 ‘함께 100년’을 향해 나가겠다”고 말했다.

박 회장은 이날 신년사에서 재단의 새로운 비전으로 ‘대한민국 의료의 미래를 선도하는 재단’을 제시하고, 이를 위한 핵심가치로 화합·전문성·혁신·책임·근검절약을 강조했다.
특히, 우수 의료진 확보, 전문간호사 제도 정착, 암병원 활성화를 가장 중요한 과제로 언급했다.
박 회장은 “암 환자에게 희망을 주는 최고 수준의 치료 환경을 구축하고, 정밀의료와 첨단치료 기술을 도입해 대한민국 대표 암병원으로 도약하겠다”고 말했다.

박 회장은 2027년 설립 60주년을 맞는 을지대학교의 교육혁신도 중점 전략으로 제시했다.
박 회장은 “학생이 자랑스러워하고 사회가 먼저 찾는 인재를 양성하기 위해 교육과정 혁신, 임상 실습 고도화, 국제교류 확대를 적극 추진하겠다”며 “을지에서 배우고 꿈꾸며 세계로 나아갈 수 있도록 모든 지원을 아끼지 않겠다”고 말했다.
박 회장은 노원·대전·의정부 등 재단이 운영 중인 지역과 함께 성장하는 사회적 책임도 강화하겠다는 의지도 밝혔다.
또한, 3년·5년·10년 단위의 장·단기 경영 전략을 수립해 “우리의 미래를, 우리 스스로 설계하겠다”고 선언했다.
박 회장은 마지막으로 “수많은 도전 속에서도 함께였기에 오늘의 을지가 있었다”며 “화합과 자부심으로 새로운 100년 역사를 함께 써나가자”고 임직원들에게 응원의 메시지를 전했다.

한편 을지재단은 1956년 고 범석 박영하 박사가 서울 을지로에서 개원한 박산부인과의원을 모태로 1967년 국내 최초로 의료 공익화를 실천했으며, 의료·교육·연구·사회공헌 분야에서 대한민국 의료발전을 선도해왔다.
현재 노원·대전·의정부·강남 등에서 4개 의료기관과 을지대학교 등 교육기관을 운영하며, 설립 정신인 ‘인간사랑, 생명존중’을 기반으로 환자 중심 의료서비스를 제공하고 있다.

The Eulji Foundation (Chairman Park Joon-young) has designated 2026, its 70th anniversary, as a “new starting point for the next 100 years,” officially proclaiming patient-centered care and member-respecting management as the foundation's core values.
Additionally, under the official slogan “Thanks to 70 Years, Together for 100 Years,” it presented its vision and key directions for the next century.
In his New Year's address, Chairman Park Jun-young stated, “2026 is a meaningful year marking the 70th anniversary of Eulji University Medical Center, the foundation of the Eulji Foundation.” He added, “If the past 70 years were a history of dedication and trust for Korean healthcare, the next 100 years will be a future built together with the people.”
He then expressed gratitude to the employees who have maintained their posts despite challenging medical and educational environments, saying, “The unchanging truth that the reason for a medical institution's existence is the patient, and the reason for an educational institution's existence is the student, is precisely the Eulji spirit.”
He added, “Just as a single seed grows into a forest, the faith of one person built today's Eulji,” declaring, “Moving beyond ‘Thanks to 70 Years,’ we now advance toward ‘Together for 100 Years.’”
In his New Year's address, Chairman Park presented the foundation's new vision: ‘A Foundation Leading the Future of Korean Healthcare,’ emphasizing the core values of unity, expertise, innovation, responsibility, and frugality to achieve this.
He specifically highlighted securing outstanding medical staff, establishing the specialized nurse system, and revitalizing the cancer hospital as the most critical tasks.
Chairman Park stated, “We will build a top-tier treatment environment that gives hope to cancer patients and leap forward as Korea's leading cancer hospital by introducing precision medicine and advanced treatment technologies.”
Chairman Park also presented educational innovation at Eulji University, which will celebrate its 60th anniversary in 2027, as a key strategy.
Chairman Park declared, “We will actively pursue curriculum innovation, advanced clinical training, and expanded international exchange to cultivate talent that students can be proud of and society seeks out first,” adding, “We will spare no support to enable students to learn, dream, and advance into the world at Eulji.”
Chairman Park also expressed his commitment to strengthening social responsibility by growing alongside the regions where the foundation operates, such as Nowon, Daejeon, and Uijeongbu.
Furthermore, he declared, “We will design our own future,” establishing long-term and short-term management strategies spanning 3, 5, and 10 years.
Concluding his remarks, Chairman Park conveyed a message of encouragement to employees: “Today's Eulji exists because we stood together through countless challenges. Let us write a new 100-year history together with unity and pride.”

Meanwhile, the Eulji Foundation traces its origins to the Park Sanbu Women's Clinic, founded in 1956 by the late Dr. Park Young-ha in Eulji-ro, Seoul. In 1967, it pioneered public healthcare in Korea and has since led the nation's medical advancement across healthcare, education, research, and social contribution.
Currently operating four medical institutions in Nowon, Daejeon, Uijeongbu, and Gangnam, along with educational institutions like Eulji University, it provides patient-centered medical services based on its founding principles of ‘love for humanity and respect for life’.

同时，在“承蒙厚爱七十载，携手共创百年”的官方口号下，提出了面向未来百年的愿景与核心方向。
朴俊英会长在新年致辞中强调：“2026年是乙支基金会母体——乙支大学医疗院创立70周年的意义非凡之年。过去70年是为大韩民国医疗事业奉献与信任的历史，未来百年将是与国民共同创造的未来时光。”
他向在艰难医疗教育环境中坚守岗位的全体员工致谢，强调“医疗机构存在的意义在于患者，教育机构存在的意义在于学生——这永恒真理正是乙支精神”。
他更强调：“正如一粒种子能成就森林，每个人的信念铸就了今日的乙支。”承诺“超越'托付的70年'，携手迈向'共创的百年'。”
朴会长在新年致辞中提出基金会新愿景——“引领韩国医疗未来的基金会”，并强调实现该愿景的核心价值：团结协作、专业精神、创新突破、责任担当、勤俭节约。
他特别指出，确保优秀医疗人才、完善专科护士制度、激活癌症医院是当前最关键的任务。
朴会长表示：“我们将为癌症患者构建最高水平的治疗环境，引入精准医疗与尖端治疗技术，力争跻身韩国代表性癌症医院之列。”
针对2027年迎来建校60周年的乙支大学，朴会长将教育革新列为重点战略。
他强调：“为培养令学生自豪、社会优先选拔的人才，将积极推进课程革新、临床实践升级及国际交流拓展，全力支持学子在乙支大学学习追梦、走向世界。”
朴会长同时表明将强化与基金会运营区域（如芦原、大田、议政府等）协同发展的社会责任。
此外，他宣布将制定3年、5年、10年为周期的长短期经营战略，“由我们亲手设计自己的未来”。
朴会长最后向全体员工传递激励信息：“正因在无数挑战中携手同行，才有今日的乙支。”他呼吁：“让我们以团结与自豪之心，共同书写新的百年历史。”

乙支基金会以1956年已故范石·朴英夏博士在首尔乙支路创立的朴妇产科医院为根基，于1967年率先在国内实践医疗公益化，在医疗、教育、研究及社会贡献领域引领着韩国医疗发展。
目前在芦原、大田、议政府、江南等地运营4家医疗机构及乙支大学等教育机构，秉承“仁爱之心，生命至上”的创立精神，持续提供以患者为中心的医疗服务。
