우리투데이 이동현 기자 | 국무령이상룡기념사업회(이사장 이상률)은 10월 15일 국회 의원회관에서 국무령 이상룡 취임 100주년 기념 국회 포럼을 박찬대, 박형수, 김형동, 이훈기 국회의원 주최, 사단법인 국무령이상룡기념사업회 주관, 국가보훈부와 안동시, 광복회, 고성이씨종친회가 후원하는 가운데 3시간에 걸쳐 진지하게 진행했다.
이날 식전행사는 '서간도 바람소리'라는 국무령 이상룡 독립운동 역사 관련 공연을 2시간 분량을 15분에 압축해 진행했는데 뜨거운 박수갈채를 받았다.
이어 기념사업회 김호태 사무국장의 사회로 국민의례와 내빈소개가 이어졌으며 이승률 이사장의 개회사가 있었고, 권오을 보훈부 장관은 인사말을 통해 "국무령 이상룡 선생의 서훈에 대해 보훈부에서는 국회 차원에서 합의가 되면 그뜻을 반영하겠다"고 밝혀 박수갈채를 받았다.
이어 박찬대 국회의원은 축사에 앞서 지금의 애국가에 앞서 불러졌던 노래를 불러 주변을 숙연하게 만들었으며, 국무령 이상룡 선생의 나라 사랑의 의미를 되새겼다.
이훈기 국회의원은 "저는 국무령 석주 이상룡 선생과 같은 고성이씨 집안의 후손으로 자긍심을 느끼며, 박찬대 의원님과 함께 국회 차원에서 국무령 이상룡 선생의 서훈에 대해 논의를 해서 반드시 100주년을 맞는 올해안에 서훈이 제대로 평가받을수 있도록 하겠다"고 밝혔다.
특히 이날 김희곤 국립대한민국임시정부기념관장은 선약에도 불구하고 "이 시대에 왜 석주 이상룡을 찾는가"라는 발제를 통해 석주 정신에 대해 발표를 마치고 급하게 이동하는 열정을 보여줬다.
개회식 이후 진행된 2부에서는 이성우 충남대 교수의 진행으로 한시준 전 독립기념관 관장(단국대 사학과 명예교수), 박원재 율곡국학진흥원장, 강윤정 국립경국대 사학과 부교수 총 3명의 발표가 있었고, 질의 응답을 끝으로 기념포럼을 마쳤다.
이날 기념사업회 김호태 사무국장은 "100여년전에 상황이나 오늘날 현재의 상황은 똑같다고 본다"며, "지금 우리 대한민국에 필요한 것은 바로 '석주 정신'으로 보수와 진보를 떠나 나라 사랑으로 대동 통합을 외쳤던 석주 이상룡 선생의 뜻이라고 본다"고 전했다.
國務令李相龍紀念事業會（理事長 李相律）於10月15日在國會議員會館，舉辦國務令李相龍就任100週年紀念國會論壇。本論壇由國會議員朴贊大、朴炯洙、 金炯東、李勳基國會議員共同主辦，社團法人國務令李相龍紀念事業會承辦，並獲國家報勳部、安東市、光復會、高城李氏宗親會
協辦的國會論壇，歷時三小時嚴肅進行。
當日開幕式特別將長達兩小時的《西滿洲風聲》獨立運動歷史劇濃縮為十五分鐘演出，贏得熱烈掌聲。
隨後由紀念事業會金浩泰秘書長主持國旗禮與貴賓介紹環節，李承律理事長致開幕詞。權五乙退伍軍人部長於致詞中表示：「若國會層級就國務令李相龍先生的追授勳章達成共識，退伍軍人部必將體現此意願」，此言引發全場掌聲。
接著，國會議員朴贊大在致祝詞前，唱起現行國歌《愛國歌》問世前流傳的舊版國歌，令現場氣氛肅穆莊嚴，重新喚起眾人對國務令李相龍先生愛國精神的體悟。
國會議員李勳基表示：「身為與國務令石柱李相龍先生同屬高城李氏家族的後裔，我深感自豪。將與朴贊大議員共同推動國會層級對國務令李相龍先生追授勳位的討論，務必使這項殊榮在今年迎來百年紀念之際獲得應有評價。」
當日，金熙坤國立大韓民國臨時政府紀念館館長雖有既定行程，仍以「當代為何追尋石舟李相龍？」為題，完整闡述了石舟精神。
開幕式後的第二場次由忠南大學教授李成祐主持，邀請前獨立紀念館館長韓時俊（檀國大學史學系名譽教授）、律谷國學振興院院長朴元載、國立慶國大學史學系副教授姜允貞三位學者發表專題演講，並於問答環節後圓滿結束紀念論壇。
紀念事業會秘書長金浩泰當日強調：「百年前的局勢與當今現狀實則如出一轍」，並指出：「當今大韓民國亟需的正是『石柱精神』——這份超越保守與進步之爭，以愛國之心倡導大同融合的石柱李相龍先生之志業。」
The State Councilor Lee Sang-ryong Memorial Foundation (Chairman Lee Sang-ryul) hosted a National Assembly Forum commemorating the 100th anniversary of State Councilor Lee Sang-ryong's inauguration on October 15 at the National Assembly Members' Office Building. Kim Hyung-dong, and Lee Hoon-ki, hosted by the Incorporated Association Lee Sang-ryong Memorial Foundation, and sponsored by the Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs, Andong City, the Korean Liberation Association, and the Goseong Yi Clan Association.
The pre-event performance, titled ‘The Sound of the Wind in Seogando,’ condensed a two-hour piece related to State Councilor Lee Sang-ryong's independence movement history into 15 minutes, receiving enthusiastic applause.
Following this, under the direction of Kim Ho-tae, Secretary General of the Memorial Foundation, the national ceremony and introduction of guests proceeded. Chairman Lee Seung-ryul delivered the opening address. Minister Kwon Oh-eul of Patriots and Veterans Affairs stated in his remarks, “Regarding the posthumous award for Minister Lee Sang-ryong, the Ministry will reflect the will of the National Assembly once consensus is reached at the parliamentary level,” drawing applause.
Next, Representative Park Chan-dae, before delivering his congratulatory address, sang the song that preceded the current national anthem, creating a solemn atmosphere and reflecting on the meaning of Mr. Lee Sang-ryong's love for his country.
Assemblyman Lee Hoon-ki declared, “As a descendant of the Goseong Yi clan, the same lineage as State Councilor Seokju Yi Sang-ryong, I feel pride. Together with Assemblyman Park Chan-dae, we will discuss the conferral of a state decoration upon State Councilor Yi Sang-ryong at the National Assembly level to ensure it is properly recognized within this year, the 100th anniversary.”
Notably, despite prior commitments, Kim Hee-gon, Director of the National Memorial Hall for the Provisional Government of the Republic of Korea, delivered a presentation titled “Why Seokju Lee Sang-ryong Matters in This Era,” elucidating the spirit of Seokju.
Following the opening ceremony, Part 2 featured presentations by three speakers moderated by Professor Lee Seong-woo of Chungnam National University: former Independence Hall Director Han Si-jun (Honorary Professor of History, Dankook University), Park Won-jae, Director of the Yulgok Institute for Korean Studies, and Kang Yun-jeong, Associate Professor of History at Kyung Hee University. The commemorative forum concluded with a Q&A session.
Kim Ho-tae, Secretary-General of the Commemorative Foundation, stated, “I believe the circumstances over 100 years ago are identical to those we face today,” adding, “What our Republic of Korea needs now is precisely the ‘Spirit of Seokju’—the vision of Seokju Lee Sang-ryong, who called for national unity and integration through love for the country, transcending conservative and progressive divides.”
