우리투데이 이동현 기자 |  피닉스한인회(회장 진재만)은 10월 8일 윤도현 밴드와 Lidia shin 상대로 9만불을 반환하라고 주장해 주목받고 있다.
진재만 회장은 "Lidia shin은 피닉스한인회에게 윤도현 밴드 피닉스 공연 취소를 9월 24일에야 통보해왔다"라며, "피닉스한인회는 2026년 자랑스러운 한국인 길을 맞아 142주년 식목일 행사를 위한 Lidia Shin 자선 패션쇼와
K pop&YB rock band를 2026년 1월 17일 WeKoPa Casino에서 하기로 했는데 이미 계약금을 9만불 줬는데, 9월 24일 공연 취소를 통보해와서 당황스럽다"라고 전했다.

이어 "계약금 9만불을 빨리 돌려줘야 대체할 공연팀을 정할수 있다"고 밝혔다.

President Jin Jaeman stated, “Lidia Shin only notified the Phoenix Korean Association of the cancellation of Yoon Do-hyun Band's Phoenix performance on September 24,” He added, “The Phoenix Korean Association had planned a charity fashion show featuring Lidia Shin and a K-pop & YB rock band event for the 142nd Arbor Day celebration in January 2026 at WeKoPa Casino to commemorate the ‘Proud Korean Path’ initiative. We had already paid a $90,000 deposit, so we were taken aback by the September 24th cancellation notice.”

They added, “We need the $90,000 deposit returned quickly so we can secure a replacement performance team.”
