우리투데이 이동현 기자 |  TYM은 지난 3월 12일자로 홈페이지 전자공시를 통해 제66기 정기 주주총회 소집공고에서 2026년 3월 27일 건설회관 3층 대회의실에서 주주총회를 개최한다고 밝혔다.

TYM측은 제66기 정기주주총회에서 감사위원회 감사보고와 영업보고, 내부회계관리제도 운영실태보고를 하며, 부의안건에서는 주목해야할 내용은 이사 선임의 건으로 사내이사 김○원 선임의 건, 사내이사 장○기 선임의 건이고, 감사위원회 위원이 되는 사외이사에는 이○아 선임의 건 등이 있다.

이날 주주총회에 참석하려면 직접행사를 위해서는 신분증을 지참하며, 대리행사시에는 위임장(주주와 대리인의 인적사항 기재, 인감날인), 주주의 인감증명서, 대리인의 신분증을 가지고 가야
참석할수가 있다.

On March 12, TYM announced via an electronic disclosure on its website that it will hold its 66th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on March 27, 2026, in the Main Conference Room on the 3rd Floor of the Construction Hall.

At the 66th Annual General Meeting, TYM will present the Audit Committee’s audit report, the business report, and a report on the operation of the internal accounting control system. Key agenda items include the appointment of directors: the appointment of Kim ○-won as an inside director and the appointment of Jang ○-gi as an inside director; and the appointment of Lee ○-a as an outside director to serve on the Audit Committee.

To attend the General Meeting of Shareholders in person, shareholders must bring a valid ID. For proxy voting, attendees must bring a proxy form (containing the personal information of both the shareholder and the proxy, and bearing the shareholder’s official seal), the shareholder’s seal registration certificate, and the proxy’s valid ID.

TYM于3月12日通过官网电子公告发布了第66届定期股东大会召集公告，宣布将于2026年3月27日在建设会馆3楼大会议室召开股东大会。

TYM方面表示，将在第66届定期股东大会上进行审计委员会审计报告、经营报告及内部会计管理制度运行状况报告；在议案方面，值得关注的内容包括董事选任事项，即选任内部董事金○元、选任内部董事张○基，以及选任担任审计委员会委员的外部董事李○阿等事项。

欲出席本次股东大会，亲自出席者需携带身份证件；委托代理人出席时，需携带委托书（载明股东及代理人的个人信息并加盖印章）、股东的印章证明书以及代理人的身份证件方可出席。
